About Ariel

I’m a service designer and product strategist who follows a problem across people, decisions, workflows, and the systems behind them.

My work sits between research, product strategy, service operations, and human-AI workflow design. I like figuring out why a service keeps producing the same friction, then deciding what should change across the interface, the operating model, and the handoffs behind it.

Throughline

Anthropology taught me to question the obvious explanation.

My background in anthropology and cross-cultural research shaped how I listen, observe, and notice the assumptions built into a system. Product and service design gave me a way to turn those observations into workflows, responsibilities, interfaces, and operating decisions.

I am most useful when the visible experience depends on something less visible: a policy, an incentive, a missing handoff, an evidence problem, or a decision nobody clearly owns.

Working style

I would rather name an uncertainty than smooth it over.

That means separating what I proposed from what was tested, what shipped from what was measured, and what an AI system can suggest from what a person still needs to judge.

I work best alongside an AI engineer or solutions architect: I focus on research, workflow design, evidence structures, safeguards, and adoption while we translate the service model into something implementable.

Service design, human-centered AI, and workflow transformation

I help teams make complex workflows clearer, more reviewable, and easier to act on.
